There are no paid subscriptions to cancel during beta. This page states the planned approach for when billing launches.

Product draft

This policy is a product draft prepared ahead of billing launch and is subject to legal review and change before it takes effect.

1. Current state

Billing is not live. You can stop using SessionShot at any time, and you can request account closure through the private-beta contact channel — there is nothing to cancel financially.

2. When billing launches

Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal; no further charges are made after cancellation.
Access to paid features is expected to continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Data retention and export guidance for cancelled plans will be defined with the plan terms — the intent is a reasonable window to export results before plan-based retention applies.
Cancellation controls will live in the dashboard settings alongside billing when it ships; today the settings page marks billing as "coming later".
